Despite some things were beyond his control, tour manager managed everything very well and provided "foot-on-toe" services round the clock. Also guiding us locally for sightseeing places, managing timings, logistics & everything well creating an overall excellent experience with SOTC for Andamans. Entire ground staff is courteous. "Contrary to our apprehension regarding food, we had good food at all places. People are also very cooperative and helping. We should have been guided regarding uncertainty of weather here. Accommodation in Havelock should have been better as we found very ordinary room, less than ordinary toilet and no geyser in the room. Very poor quality of linen. Ofcourse staff at Symphony Palm was very good and very cooperative. Food was also good. The restaurant facility is extremely poor. Inshort symphony palms is not money's worth."

Two delays with vehicles: 1st at Havelock we were made to wait at Something Different. 2nd on returning from Havelock we had to wait and Faraway tree representatives arranged for alternate transport."

"The tour to limestone cave was memorable. Hotel Shreesh which we stayed in was'nt upto the mark in terms of cleanliness, hygiene & service. Even Havelock hotel was a bad experience though DMC helped and gave us a good one as quick as they could. Thanks a lot for that. Problem was resolved."
